Graphic/Motion Designer

About the role

PragerU is seeking a versatile Graphic/Motion Designer to create high‑quality visual assets across digital and print channels, supporting its mission to promote American values.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics and motion assets for web, app, email, ads, social media, and video.
• Develop motion graphics templates for marketing and production teams.
• Create UI components, full website builds, and print/editorial materials such as packaging and event collateral.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, RunwayML) to produce assets.
• Ensure brand consistency, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams on campaigns and launches.
• Optimize creative for performance metrics and support A/B testing.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver organized files and specifications.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver cohesive campaign‑level designs across digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and ability to incorporate feedback.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Experience working in fast‑paced marketing or production environments is a plus.
