Graphic Designer – Print & Digital

About the role

Bespoke Post, a lifestyle brand focused on curated products, is looking for a Graphic Designer to shape the visual language across print and digital channels. The role sits at the heart of the brand, turning briefs into production‑ready assets for packaging, mailers, catalogs, social, email and website.

Key responsibilities

• Transform creative direction into finished, production‑ready assets for paid social, email, website, packaging, direct mail, catalogs, and inserts.
• Ensure quality and consistency across both screen and print outputs, handling pre‑press requirements and printer specifications.
• Develop concepts and mood boards, building decks that clearly communicate ideas and visual direction.
• Collaborate closely with the Associate Creative Director, offering perspective on visual language and advocating for design decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to generate variations, speed up ideation and refine both print and digital deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong eye for craft with meticulous attention to detail across mediums.
• Ability to critique briefs and elevate them with sharper concepts and cleaner execution.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, brand‑centric environment and open to feedback.
• Passion for both traditional print production and modern digital design.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI design tools for ideation and rapid variation generation.
• In‑depth knowledge of print production techniques, including paper stocks, color reproduction, die lines and pre‑press workflows.
