Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will translate our brand vision into compelling visual experiences across digital, print, and packaging touchpoints. Working closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams, you will create assets that support marketing, product, retail, and storytelling initiatives while maintaining a cohesive brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑quality visual assets for digital channels (email, website, social, paid media) and print materials (packaging, signage, event collateral).
• Create graphics for brand merchandise, websites, decks, and collaborative assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Lead packaging and label design from concept through production, managing revisions and vendor approvals.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, product development, and leadership to deliver performance‑driven designs.
• Manage multiple projects, track timelines, and proactively address risks and bottlenecks.
• Maintain brand consistency and stay current on design, fashion, and cultural trends.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, food, retail, or agency settings.
• Proven ability to execute both creative concepts and production‑ready deliverables.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital, print, and packaging design.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
