Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer with a refined luxury sensibility to bring ALO’s brand to life. The role is brand‑forward, shaping visual storytelling across both digital and physical touchpoints, from experiential installations to editorial campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and design brand‑forward creative for digital and physical platforms.
• Develop editorial‑style layouts for campaigns, lookbooks and brand moments.
• Create large‑scale print and environmental designs such as billboards, retail installations and experiential experiences.
• Translate design direction into cohesive visual systems that reinforce ALO’s luxury positioning.
• Prepare production‑ready files and collaborate with vendors to ensure high‑quality execution.
• Work cross‑functionally with Brand, Experiential and Retail teams to bring concepts to life.
• Present design rationale, iterate based on feedback while maintaining a strong creative perspective.
• Maintain and evolve visual standards, staying current with fashion, luxury and cultural trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated brand‑forward design across digital and print.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for craftsmanship.

What we offer

• Base salary starting at $75,000.
