Graphic Designer II (Marketing)

About the role

Melaleuca is seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer II to translate creative briefs into high‑quality visual assets that support the company’s wellness mission. You will work closely with project managers, copywriters, photographers and other designers to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Visually communicate key messages for the company, its brands, and products.
• Produce designs that adhere to existing brand guidelines and typographic standards.
• Collaborate with writers, photographers, and the design team throughout the creative process.
• Present work regularly to the Associate Creative Director and Creative Director.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring print‑ready files and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Stay current with industry trends, standards, and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating high‑quality graphic work and strategic thinking.
• Formal education in graphic design (preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle stress, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Manual dexterity for tasks such as stapling, collating, sorting, and filing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mac OS.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Understanding of typography, layout, production, and pre‑press processes.
• Ability to create print‑ready files and troubleshoot technical issues.
