Generalist AI Trainer – Remote (US‑based)

About the role

We are looking for a Generalist AI Trainer to join our AI Labor Marketplace as a project‑based consultant. Working remotely from anywhere in the United States, you will evaluate AI‑generated content, compare model responses, and provide concise written feedback to help improve large language model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated responses against defined quality criteria.
• Compare multiple model outputs and identify the strongest answer.
• Write clear rationales explaining evaluation decisions.
• Check content for accuracy, clarity, helpfulness, and adherence to instructions.
• Spot factual errors, reasoning issues, and other quality concerns.
• Follow project guidelines consistently across all tasks.
• Complete training, calibration activities, and meet assigned deadlines.

Required profile

• Based in the United States with strong written English communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Comfortable reviewing written content and documenting decisions.
• Experience in AI training, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, research, or writing is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
