Full-Time Teller (30 hrs/week) – Raynham, MA

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Teller to join our Raynham branch. Working 30 hours per week, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering fast, accurate and friendly banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, minimize wait times and assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other transactions.
• Handle cash, maintain an accurate cash drawer and perform end‑of‑day balancing.
• Follow all bank policies, compliance and risk‑management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Identify opportunities to cross‑sell products and guide customers toward digital self‑service tools.
• Support custodial duties, audits and other operational tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and may provide coverage for nearby branches.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months cash‑handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months customer‑service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow policies.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Fundamental math skills.
