Full-Time Teller (30 hrs) – Covered Bridge, Manalapan

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Teller to join our Covered Bridge branch in Manalapan, NJ. The position works 30 hours per week and focuses on delivering high‑quality banking services to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, minimize wait times and assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other transactions.
• Handle cash accurately and maintain balanced cash drawers.
• Follow bank policies, compliance and risk‑management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate products.
• Educate customers on digital self‑service tools.
• Support custodial duties, audits and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist nearby branches as business needs require.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months cash‑handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months customer‑service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible branch hours, including evenings and weekends.
