Full-Time House Manager & Family Assistant for Two Neighboring Families

About the role

This full‑time position supports two close‑knit neighboring families in Fort Worth. You will manage daily household flow, organization, and family logistics across both homes, allowing the families to focus on work, school, and health priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all laundry and linens for both households, including washing, folding, hanging, stain treatment, and proper storage.
• Create and maintain organization systems, perform daily tidying, dishwashing, vacuuming, and prepare homes for the long‑term housekeeper.
• Restock pantry, fridge, and household supplies; handle online orders, returns, dry‑cleaning, and mail/package organization.
• Support meal planning: follow weekly dinner plans for Family One and prepare children’s meals and school lunches for Family Two.
• Assist families with children’s backpacks, clothing, snacks, and errands; provide occasional transportation and light supervision.
• Coordinate seasonal clothing, decor swaps, donation drop‑offs, and basic home maintenance such as changing batteries and light bulbs.
• Partner on larger projects like organizing children’s rooms, closets, and play areas; perform occasional light deep‑cleaning tasks.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable working in a smoke‑free, fragrance‑free environment and around dogs of varying sizes and temperaments.
• Warm, proactive, and able to anticipate household needs without detailed instructions.
• Flexible schedule with availability from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday‑Thursday, and occasional Friday hours.
