Full Stack Website Developer

About the role

The Creative Agency is seeking a Full Stack Website Developer to lead the end‑to‑end creation of client websites. You will combine creative design thinking with technical implementation to deliver responsive, user‑focused sites that support brand and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own website projects from planning, UX/UI design, and wireframing through development, QA, launch and post‑launch support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate client goals, brand standards and technical requirements into functional site architecture.
• Design clean, modern, responsive layouts using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Build and maintain sites on WordPress, Shopify or other CMS platforms, configuring pages, menus, forms, plugins, redirects, analytics and SEO settings.
• Customize themes, templates and page‑builders, and troubleshoot front‑end, back‑end, hosting, plugin and performance issues.
• Perform comprehensive QA testing (mobile, browser, accessibility, functionality) and manage launch tasks including DNS, hosting, SSL, redirects, backups and migrations.
• Monitor live sites for performance, indexing, tracking and conversion, and provide ongoing maintenance and optimisation.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with strong visual and user‑experience sensibility.
• Technical problem‑solver capable of owning a project from concept to delivery.
• Excellent judgment and ability to balance design, functionality and business objectives.

Required skills

• WordPress and other CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify).
• Figma, Adobe XD or similar design tools.
• Responsive website development and layout design.
• Theme and template customization, page‑builder configuration.
• Front‑end and back‑end troubleshooting, plugin integration and performance optimisation.
• DNS, SSL, redirects, backups and site migration management.
• Comprehensive QA testing, including accessibility and cross‑browser testing.
