Financial Analyst – FP&A for NARS & Tory Burch

About the role

Shiseido Americas is seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to support the global brand operations of NARS and Tory Burch. The role will work closely with cross‑functional partners, delivering financial insights that guide strategic decisions across its prestige beauty portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgeting and reporting processes for US global brand P&L statements.
• Conduct variance analysis comparing actual performance to budget and forecasts.
• Prepare detailed financial commentary on performance drivers, trends, and business insights.
• Support budget actualization and collaborate on re‑forecasting cycles.
• Analyze profitability of new product launches and evaluate financial impact of product discontinuations.
• Calculate and maintain gross‑margin benchmarks across brands and product categories.
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to develop accurate forecasts and strategic financial plans.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and support special projects as business needs arise.
