About the role

The Fifth Avenue Club Assistant supports Saks Fifth Avenue’s luxury clientele by maintaining relationships and ensuring seamless service when a personal consultant is unavailable. This role requires a proactive, client‑focused attitude and strong organizational abilities within a high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients when their consultant is not present, addressing inquiries and needs promptly.
• Act as a liaison between clients and consultants to facilitate smooth communication.
• Prioritize daily tasks and manage time effectively to meet service standards.
• Utilize store computer systems and tools to process transactions and retrieve client information.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required by the team or management.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury or high‑end environments.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
• Professional, polished demeanor with confidence and a positive attitude.
• Ability to interact respectfully and courteously with diverse customers and team members.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard retail computer systems and basic software applications.
