Field Service Professional – Smart Home Solutions

About the role

As a Field Service Professional you will be the face of Vivint Smart Home, installing cutting‑edge smart home technology and helping customers protect and automate their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks and home automation systems.
• Assess customer homes on‑site and recommend upgraded equipment or service enhancements.
• Educate homeowners on how to use their new smart‑home system.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and leadership training to advance within the national organization.

Required profile

• Strong sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance or service‑based sales (preferred).
• Customer‑first attitude with integrity and ability to build rapport.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and ability to pass background and licensing checks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lb, climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
