Family Practice Assistant Clinical Manager

About the role

Evergreen Family Medicine provides comprehensive outpatient services across Roseburg, Sutherlin and Myrtle Creek, Oregon. The practice delivers urgent care, family medicine, women’s health, occupational health and school‑based telehealth. The Family Practice Assistant Clinical Manager leads nursing and support staff to ensure high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and assign work for nursing and support staff, establishing goals and priorities.
• Supervise assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the assigned setting.
• Assess resources, patient needs and workflow to assign staffing based on acuity.
• Develop and deliver staff education, orientation and job‑related training.
• Implement safety, quality improvement standards and nursing protocols.
• Participate in performance evaluations, feedback and hiring processes.

Required profile

• Active CCMA, LPN or RN license.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high integrity.
• Knowledge of common illnesses, medications and medical terminology.
