Family Assistant & House Manager with Meal Prep Expertise

About the role

We are a close‑knit family of four in Tucson seeking a warm, reliable Family Assistant and House Manager to support our daily life. The role combines meal planning, household organization, child‑care assistance and pet care, providing stability as we settle into a new home.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prep and batch‑cook breakfasts, school lunches and grab‑and‑go snacks for two children, and assist with occasional dinner prep.
• Shop for groceries across multiple stores, manage household supply lists and maintain inventory.
• Handle school drop‑offs and pick‑ups, morning routine support, light supervision and occasional backup childcare.
• Perform full family laundry, linen rotation and keep laundry areas organized.
• Conduct daily home resets – light tidying, dishes, vacuuming high‑traffic areas and preparing for the weekly cleaner.
• Maintain household systems: seasonal clothing checks, organize rooms, manage subscriptions, handle returns and coordinate deliveries.
• Care for the family dog – feeding, walking, vet and grooming appointments, medication administration.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, manage household calendar and ensure safety devices (smoke detectors, air purifiers) are serviced.

Required profile

• Warm, kind, nurturing personality with a calm, steady presence.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to anticipate needs with minimal direction.
• Comfortable working in a smoke‑free home, around pets and with reliable personal transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
