Faculty Manager (Remote)

About the role

The University of Arkansas Grantham seeks a remote Faculty Manager to support academic quality across its online programs. This full‑time position works closely with the Vice Chancellor of Academics and the broader academic team to ensure courses meet performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth reviews of online classes and provide constructive feedback.
• Offer academic coaching to faculty members.
• Participate in faculty scheduling and coordinate course assignments.
• Monitor and enforce academic performance expectations.
• Manage multiple concurrent departmental projects.

• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Decisiveness and ability to work independently.
• Residency in one of the listed states and ability to work full‑time remotely.
