Eyewear Designer

About the role

Sesame is seeking an Eyewear Designer to create luxury fashion eyewear that merges refined aesthetics, advanced materials, and thoughtful user experience. You will translate trends, CMF direction, and brand DNA into production‑ready designs that sit at the intersection of craftsmanship and personal computing.

Key responsibilities

• Generate innovative eyewear concepts and CMF directions aligned with brand aesthetic and user needs.
• Collaborate with engineers, CMF specialists, product managers, and modelers to develop frame silhouettes and material approaches.
• Create detailed sketches and technical drawings to communicate design intent.
• Develop prototypes and material mock‑ups, evaluate proportions, fit, and aesthetic quality.
• Conduct fit studies, wear testing, and ergonomic evaluations to ensure comfort and usability.
• Iterate designs based on user insights, testing feedback, and internal reviews.
• Work closely with manufacturing partners and material suppliers to guarantee design feasibility and production accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong sense of style with a trained eye for proportion, fit, and fashion relevance.
• Deep understanding of eyewear frame construction and luxury fashion standards.
• Ability to move seamlessly from concept through manufacturing while maintaining design integrity.
