About the role

Atlas Motor Co, a boutique BMW‑focused dealership in Raleigh, is looking for a senior‑level BMW Technician. You will work in a clean, professional shop with a 38‑hour week, no weekends, and a strong emphasis on work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair advanced mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on BMW, Mercedes‑Benz, Porsche, and other European vehicles.
• Perform pre‑sale inspections and reconditioning on dealership inventory.
• Use manufacturer‑specific diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot problems.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, service bulletins, and technical documentation.
• Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, parts used, and labor.
• Maintain high quality standards with minimal comebacks.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented shop culture.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with BMW or comparable high‑end European vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic ability beyond simple parts replacement.
• Comfortable working in a flat‑rate environment.
• Detail‑oriented, professional, and dependable.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
