Executive Operations Associate

About the role

The Roebling Team at Compass is building a technology‑enabled luxury residential brokerage that blends research, AI, data and publishing. We are seeking an Executive Operations Associate to work directly with the founder, protect their time, improve operational efficiency and help scale the business across brokerage, research, publishing and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendar, schedule meetings, plan travel and organize the founder’s inbox and tasks.
• Coordinate listing preparation, organize transaction files, create client presentation materials and maintain CRM records.
• Oversee marketing projects, vendor coordination, property research and ensure active transactions progress smoothly.
• Conduct AI‑assisted research using Claude, improve written content, maintain website information and publish market research.
• Verify AI‑generated output, refine prompts, document SOPs and identify automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Exceptional written English, meticulous attention to detail and strong independent problem‑solving skills.
• Quick learner of new software, professional communication style and intelligent use of AI tools.
• Ability to produce polished work without constant supervision and pride in organization, follow‑through and accuracy.

Required skills

• Claude (AI assistant) for research and content creation.
• CRM platforms for record keeping and transaction management.
