Executive Director, Organizational Performance

About the role

The Executive Director, Organizational Performance will partner with senior leadership to translate strategic vision into scalable systems, processes, and operating rhythms across the enterprise. This role drives AI‑enabled transformation, continuous improvement, and alignment of people, technology, and processes to boost productivity and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise‑wide performance systems, strategies, and leadership routines.
• Lead AI enablement and transformation initiatives to improve productivity and staff experience.
• Translate executive vision into actionable operational strategies for all divisions.
• Design integrated organizational systems that connect people, processes, and technology.
• Establish performance management frameworks using data and OKRs.
• Facilitate executive‑level operating rhythms and high‑impact decision‑making.
• Identify and mitigate cross‑functional risks while guiding leadership through ambiguity.
• Strengthen leadership effectiveness through coaching and development.
• Oversee board and external engagement preparation, communicating performance and transformation progress.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in organizational leadership, systems leadership, or enterprise performance development.
• Proven ability to translate executive strategy into scalable operational systems.
• Strong expertise in systems thinking, organizational design, and cross‑functional problem solving.
• Demonstrated success driving business strategy and transformation initiatives.
