About the role
We are looking for a domain expert to join our AI Labor Marketplace as an AI Trainer. You will work remotely on a part‑time, 1099 basis, creating high‑quality Excel training data that helps improve large language model performance in retail and office management scenarios.
Key responsibilities
- Build structured Excel datasets for staffing, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Create realistic business scenarios such as store performance dashboards, staffing schedules, and operational reports.
- Design analytical questions and produce clear, step‑by‑step answers with evaluation criteria.
- Record walkthroughs that demonstrate day‑to‑day Excel usage in professional settings.
Required profile
- 3–6 years of experience in retail operations, facilities, or office management.
- Hands‑on experience with staffing, budgeting, or performance‑tracking processes.
- Strong intermediate Excel proficiency.
