Escrow Officer – Lakewood Office

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our Lakewood office in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure real‑estate transactions close accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with internal staff and clients to drive timely, error‑free closings.
• Process files, prepare CD/HUD documents, and complete all required closing paperwork.
• Obtain lender approvals, order updates, and secure clearance to close.
• Build and service a portfolio of business, supporting growth objectives.
• Assist team members proactively and maintain professional relationships with sales representatives.
• Participate in marketing and outreach activities to expand the customer base.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing, well‑organized with a strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent; must obtain an Escrow Officer license if not already licensed.
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience as an Escrow Officer/Closer.
• Technical knowledge of the closing process and ability to work onsite.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
