Enterprise Engineer

About the role

We’re hiring an Enterprise Engineer to advance our mission of building real‑time multimodal intelligence by delivering agentic voice AI solutions directly into production for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build enterprise‑grade systems such as on‑prem deployments and agent infrastructure.
• Own the design and delivery of durable, first‑class platform capabilities shaped by enterprise needs.
• Turn recurring patterns from customer deployments into scalable, long‑term platform primitives.
• Define and raise the bar for reliability, security, and operational maturity across Cartesia’s enterprise surface area.
• Maintain significant ownership over core capabilities that enable Cartesia to scale across demanding enterprise environments globally.

Required profile

• Strong backend engineering fundamentals with experience designing and shipping infrastructure or platform services.
• Proficiency in Go and/or Python.
• Focus on long‑term maintainability and modularity.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and translate customer feedback into actionable improvements.
