Enrollment Director – Managing Campus Admissions

About the role

The Enrollment Director will own the end‑to‑end enrollment experience for a campus, ensuring families fully understand Alpha’s rigorous academic model and that enrollment decisions are mutually beneficial. This full‑time, on‑site position reports directly to senior leadership and operates across multiple California locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete enrollment cycle from first inquiry through onboarding for each prospective family.
• Conduct discovery conversations to assess compatibility and provide recommendations.
• Oversee 20+ concurrent family engagements, tracking progress and scheduling follow‑ups.
• Coordinate campus visits, student shadow days, and decision‑making discussions.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and the student information system to support forecasting and service excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑touch service environments such as independent schools, elite admissions, luxury hospitality, or executive concierge.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a phased, confidential client process with discretion and accountability.
• Strong judgment to advise against enrollment when fit is poor.
