Elevate Connections Director

About the role

The Elevate Connections Director provides compassionate service to individuals facing hardship, offering hope, love, and practical assistance. This role works closely with clients to connect them to resources while collaborating with Elevate Branson staff to enhance community programming.

Key responsibilities

• Complete intake forms and enter client demographics, case notes, and referrals into the data collection system.
• Maintain records in Charity Tracker, HMIS and other software as required.
• Assist the Elevate Connections Coordinator with referral calls and client follow‑ups.
• Promote on‑campus programming and perform opening/closing duties.
• Generate monthly, quarterly and annual service reports.
• Process expense reports and manage existing grants while researching new opportunities.
• Oversee the Elevate Branson Reward Program and conduct employee assessments and training.
• Attend community meetings, network resources, and set annual strategic goals for the department.

Required profile

• High school diploma (minimum).
• Minimum two years experience in social work or a related field (preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Proven problem‑solving, data analysis and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).
