Early Intervention Family Trainer – Summerville/Moncks Corner

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Early Intervention Family Trainer to provide family‑centered services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities in the Coastal/Low Country area of South Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver family‑centered early intervention services in homes, daycares, or natural environments.
• Provide training, education, and support to caregivers on child development, parenting, and family functioning.
• Develop and implement individualized strategies to promote child development.
• Monitor and document the progress of children and families.

Required profile

• Residency in South Carolina (preferably in Goose Creek, Summerville, Ladson, or Moncks Corner).
• At least 1 year of documented experience working with children ages birth to six.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (or any degree with 5 years of relevant experience).
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of $40,000 per year.
• Travel mileage reimbursement at $0.45 per mile (up to $565 monthly), potentially raising total compensation to $46,780 annually.
