E-Commerce Strategy Specialist

About the role

The eCommerce Strategy Specialist is a key contributor on Nestlé’s cross‑functional eCommerce team, driving Nutrition eCommerce growth by turning data and shopper insights into actionable strategies. This role focuses on understanding the digital landscape, optimizing the digital shelf, and leading cross‑functional initiatives to win online.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage data and insights to analyze the online category landscape, identify business drivers, and recommend solutions.
• Own and optimize the end‑to‑end digital shelf ecosystem to ensure product discoverability, compliance, and conversion readiness.
• Identify and lead cross‑functional workstreams on assortment, pricing, and content, collaborating with field, brand, and commercial teams.
• Gather industry eCommerce best practices, benchmark Nutrition against leading CPGs, and share learnings with NUSA counterparts.

Required profile

• University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent with 2‑3 years of related experience.
• Background in category management, business analytics, or eCommerce preferred.
• Strong technical and analytical expertise, including advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with syndicated data tools such as Circana or Stackline is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to translate large data sets into clear, actionable narratives.
