Distribution Center Supervisor – 3rd Shift

About the role

3M is seeking a motivated Distribution Center Supervisor to lead the 3rd shift at its DK6 Distribution Center in DeKalb, Illinois. You will oversee a team of hourly employees, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, high‑quality operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 50+ production hourly employees on the 3rd shift (10:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.).
• Implement process improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Determine staffing deployments and prioritize tasks for the shift.
• Support Lean Six Sigma cost‑savings goals and lead Tier meetings.
• Maintain compliance with all warehouse processes and standards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED (required) and three years of leadership experience in any sector.
• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or engineering.
• Five years of experience in distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work the 3rd‑shift schedule.
