Director, Product Sales

About the role

The Director, Product Sales will lead the go‑to‑market strategy for Mastercard Send and Cross‑Border Services in North America. You will build and deepen relationships with existing customers, helping them expand usage of these payments solutions while driving incremental revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Form and maintain relationships with key customers across the Send and Cross‑Border Services portfolios.
• Identify scaling opportunities through joint pipelines, referrals, RFP responses, new use cases, new corridors/markets, and repricing as needed.
• Cross‑sell complementary services such as Finicity, Ekata, and advisory offerings.
• Partner with optimization teams and Customer Account Managers to uncover growth opportunities and deliver proposals.
• Create and share best‑practice materials with customers.
• Provide feedback to product teams on customer growth inhibitors to shape the product roadmap.
• Serve as the central point of contact for negotiations on new use cases, partnership terms, volume growth, and optimization.

Required profile

• Experience in domestic or cross‑border disbursements and money movement.
• Proven track record selling complex payments products or services to financial institutions.
