Director of USAC Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to direct the USAC manufacturing operations across seven sites. The Director will drive operational excellence, ensure safety and quality, and lead plant managers to achieve strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to plant managers of seven manufacturing sites.
• Deliver improved results in EHS, quality, value‑stream performance, cost, cash flow and employee relations.
• Align operational metrics with business objectives through collaboration with R&D and division teams.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety and security standards across all locations.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, root‑cause analysis and action‑plan execution.
• Drive first‑time quality, complaint resolution, capacity and inventory management, and financial performance.
• Champion technology advancement and the “factory of the future” vision.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑site plant operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented setting.
• Demonstrated commitment to EHS stewardship and compliance.
