Director of Commercial IT Systems

About the role

Praxis is building the commercial capabilities needed to bring new therapies to patients. We’re looking for a Director of Commercial Systems to own the strategy, roadmap, and business performance of the technology supporting commercial launch and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the commercial systems strategy and roadmap, translating launch milestones into sequenced investments across CRM, commercial data, field enablement, and connected platforms.
• Lead delivery from planning through adoption, coordinating internal teams and implementation partners, managing risks, and ensuring operational readiness.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to define commercial data and reporting capabilities, ensuring reliable access to critical information.
• Manage vendor performance, service expectations, budgets, license utilization, and renewals.
• Drive launch readiness, user acceptance testing, training, and change management to achieve adoption and reliable operations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in commercial technology, enterprise applications, or related roles, with leadership of complex cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial operations and delivering systems for product launches or major expansions.
• Strong understanding of CRM, field workflows, commercial data, digital engagement, and related integrations.
• Ability to translate commercial strategy into practical roadmaps, business cases, and measurable outcomes.
• Sound judgment handling sensitive commercial and healthcare data, partnering across IT, Security, Legal, Privacy, and Quality.

• Annualized base salary $190,000–$220,000 USD.
