Director, Head of Partner Advantage Program

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a strategic leader to own the end‑to‑end execution of its newly launched Partner Advantage Program. Reporting to the Channel Partnership Enablement team, you will drive partner onboarding, tier management, performance reporting and compliance across a global network of banks, fintechs and merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Systems, Finance) to deliver program milestones on time.
• Define, evolve and monitor tier structures based on performance KPIs, managing annual recalibrations and exception processes.
• Lead onboarding and technical integration of new partners, ensuring alignment with Mastercard network standards.
• Oversee compliance and risk, working with Legal and Compliance to enforce policies, data‑security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Track program metrics (transaction volume, service levels, KPIs) and produce regular dashboards and Quarterly Business Reviews for senior leadership.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison for partners, maintaining clear communication and coordinating update meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale partnership or channel programs in the payments or financial‑services sector.
• Strong ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and external partners.
• Excellent analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive program decisions.
• Solid understanding of compliance, risk management and regulatory environments.
