Delivery Trainer – Rural Super Rural (RSR)

About the role

Amazon’s Rural Super Rural (RSR) team is looking for a self‑motivated Delivery Trainer to build a network of customer‑centric Delivery Associates in remote areas. You will lead hands‑on training sessions, drive‑alongs, and classroom instruction to ensure safe, high‑quality, and productive deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily training classes for up to 30 Delivery Associates, both in‑station and on‑the‑road.
• Conduct drive‑alongs to demonstrate safe driving practices and operational procedures.
• Partner with Delivery Service Partners, Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Learning Teams to coordinate training schedules.
• Establish and maintain a strong driver‑training culture within the delivery station.
• Adapt training methods to different learning styles and answer associate questions.
• Lead by example, embodying Amazon Leadership Principles in all interactions.

Required profile

• Passion for mentoring and teaching large groups.
• Ability to conduct hands‑on training and drive‑along sessions.
• Age 21 + with a valid state driver’s license.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File (DQF) and meet DOT requirements.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
