About the role
We are seeking a focused Data Entry Level Clerk to keep our company databases up‑to‑date. Working remotely, you will collect information from internal staff and external customers, then capture it accurately and promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Gather invoices, statements, reports, personal details and other documents from employees, departments and clients.
- Scan information to identify relevant data and correct any errors.
- Create accurate spreadsheets and enter data into the appropriate databases.
- Back up data regularly and store hard‑copy files in an organized manner.
- Notify relevant parties of any errors encountered.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Good command of English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to concentrate for long periods and work accurately with speed.
- Proficient touch‑typing abilities.
