Data Entry Assistant

About the role

The Data Entry Assistant ensures that information across the organization’s databases is accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date. This position supports multiple departments by maintaining high‑quality data that drives effective decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Enter data from various sources into the database with a focus on accuracy.
• Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
• Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries.
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files for easy retrieval.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
• Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
• Follow data confidentiality guidelines and company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; data‑management certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in data entry or similar administrative roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
