About the role

Bisnow is seeking a Data Centers Event Content Producer to join its New York team. The role focuses on creating and managing high‑impact events that connect commercial‑real‑estate professionals with data‑center experts. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with sales, marketing and editorial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit C‑level speakers and industry experts for data‑center events.
• Educate potential speakers on the value of participating and manage all speaker touchpoints from outreach to day‑of execution.
• Develop event concepts, research innovative content ideas, and oversee the full event production lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sales to secure sponsorships and drive revenue goals.
• Build partnerships with associations, local groups and community contacts to boost attendance.
• Research commercial‑real‑estate trends, programming ideas and top‑tier speakers.
• Coordinate pre‑ and post‑event meetings, provide guidance to internal teams and ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain clear communication across departments and manage multiple events simultaneously.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience or knowledge in data‑center operations or commercial real‑estate.
• Detail‑oriented with strong project‑management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle several projects in parallel.
• Willingness to travel approximately once a month.
