Data Analyst

About the role

Jobright is seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable intelligence that guides the behavior of its AI agents. You will work directly with AI‑driven products, turning insights into real product decisions that improve how users find careers.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate data insights into client‑facing and internal workflows to support AI agent decision‑making.
• Design and deliver custom reports and visualisations for product teams and external stakeholders.
• Respond quickly to data requests, translating complex analyses into clear narratives.
• Collaborate with managers and cross‑functional teammates to refine data models and monitor agent performance over time.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field.
• Strong communicator able to present data trends to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Solid grounding in statistics, analytical methodologies, and the logic behind AI and machine‑learning systems.
• Based in the United States and authorized to work there; occasional travel for team summits may be required.
