Data Analyst – Analytics & Insights

About the role

The Infrastructure & Corporate Citizenship (ICC) team is looking for a motivated Data Analyst to turn large data sets into clear, actionable insights. You will work alongside data engineers, scientists, and analysts to design, develop, and deliver data‑driven solutions that support ICC’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze operational, financial, and asset data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self‑service analytics solutions using Power BI or Tableau.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation across structured and semi‑structured sources.
• Collaborate with solutions engineers to define data requirements and enhance data pipelines.
• Translate business questions from facilities, operations, construction, and real‑estate partners into analytical problems and deliver recommendations.
• Present findings through visual storytelling tailored to both technical and business audiences.
• Document data definitions, metrics, and reporting logic for consistency and reuse.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve existing data products.
• Partner with data scientists on exploratory analysis and basic statistical work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a data analyst.
