Cyber Security Engineer – Industrial Control Systems (ICS)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineer specialized in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) with a focus on Rockwell Automation ControlLogix platforms. You will protect the security and reliability of our OT/IT infrastructure while collaborating with engineering and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity controls for Rockwell ControlLogix environments.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for industrial networks.
• Develop and enforce security policies aligned with NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, and related frameworks.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity incidents in OT settings.
• Implement network segmentation, firewalls, and IDS/IPS tailored to ICS.
• Perform patch management and firmware updates on PLCs, HMIs, and network devices.
• Provide technical guidance and training on ICS cybersecurity best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 2 years in ICS environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Rockwell Automation ControlLogix PLCs and Studio 5000.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols such as EtherNet/IP, CIP, Modbus, OPC.
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and related standards.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
