CW Radiation Therapist

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a CW Radiation Therapist to deliver precise radiation treatment set‑ups under the guidance of a radiation oncologist. This contractor position works five days a week in a clinical environment, with occasional overtime and on‑call duties as required.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, simulate, and record radiation treatment set‑ups for patients.
• Perform dose calculations and verify treatment plans.
• Conduct chart reviews and routine consistency checks on treatment machines and simulators.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and vaccination requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy.
• Minimum two years of experience in a health‑care setting.
• Current registration as a Radiation Therapist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
