Customer Service Representative

About the role

FinHub is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its growing fintech team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through financial products and ensuring a fast, professional, and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to address recurring issues.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and document interactions in relevant systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when needed.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English at C1 level.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Calm and professional demeanor in difficult situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and ticketing tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Good computer literacy and quick learning of new systems.
