About the role
Paxos is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join its Support team. This 2‑year development program offers deep exposure to fintech operations, allowing you to interact directly with leading financial institutions and help shape the future of digital finance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support to Paxos customers, ensuring fast and accurate responses.
- Monitor and improve customer response metrics to maintain world‑class service levels.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to design scalable support processes.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of onboarding materials and knowledge‑base resources.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.
- Interest in fintech, blockchain technology, and financial infrastructure.
- Motivation to learn and grow within a 2‑year structured development program.
