Customer Account Analyst (Entry-Level)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Customer Account Analyst to join our remote team. In this entry‑level position you will support the management of customer accounts, ensure data accuracy, and help resolve account‑related inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account inquiries via email, chat, and other channels.
• Review, update, and maintain customer account information with high accuracy.
• Analyze account records to identify discrepancies and assist with timely resolutions.
• Generate reports and maintain documentation of account activity.
• Ensure accounts comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet or exceed service level targets for response times and processing.
• Recommend process improvements to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
• Stay current on company products, services, systems, and account management procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, data entry, or related roles (preferred but not required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Experience using CRM or customer account management software (a plus).
