Crane Operator

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our construction team. You will operate hydraulic lattice boom or telescoping cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads safely and efficiently on site.

Key responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic lattice boom or telescoping crane to hoist and move materials.
• Conduct pre‑operation inspections to verify equipment readiness.
• Report any mechanical issues and assist with routine maintenance.
• Assess load weight and balance to prevent overloading.
• Follow all safety policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project and company goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Valid OSHA‑recognized crane operator certification (NCCER or NCCCO).
• Minimum one year experience operating a telescoping boom crane.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy physical activity in outdoor conditions.
• Manual dexterity and ability to perceive material attributes.
