About the role

Santander is seeking a Trade Receivable Securitization Associate to join its Corporate & Investment Banking team in the United States. The role focuses on structuring, pricing, and executing trade receivable securitization transactions for corporate clients, helping them optimize working capital through innovative financing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Structure, price, and execute trade receivable securitization deals for CIB clients.
• Act as the primary advisor to clients exploring receivable‑based financing options.
• Negotiate legal documentation for new and existing transactions.
• Lead internal approval processes with risk, middle office, and other support functions.
• Coordinate with bankers, product partners, and external advisors to originate new business and maintain existing portfolios.
• Provide pricing and market intelligence, ensuring profitability aligns with the bank’s capital models.
• Perform first‑line risk monitoring across financial, legal, regulatory, and reputational dimensions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in trade receivable securitization and related methodologies.
• Experience negotiating legal documentation and managing cross‑functional approval processes.
• Strong understanding of banking risk, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and drive revenue growth.
