Corporate Investigator – Global Enterprise Protection

About the role

The Corporate Investigator is an individual contributor who investigates internal theft, fraud, vandalism, and policy violations within a high‑tech corporate environment. Reporting to the Global Investigations Regional Manager for the Americas, the role combines technology, analysis, interviewing, and assessment techniques to protect personnel, information, and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze CCTV footage, access‑control logs and other data sources to identify behaviours, root causes and evidence.
• Prioritise and manage a caseload of multiple investigations with overlapping deadlines.
• Collect, document and preserve evidence (video, images, documents, notes) within a structured workflow.
• Conduct interviews of victims, witnesses and persons of interest using established techniques.
• Investigate external threats and internal incidents such as theft of assets or intellectual property.
• Utilise a case‑management system to track investigations, analyse trends and mitigate loss.
• Produce clear written and verbal reports and collaborate with regional teams on sensitive matters.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including empathetic engagement.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with a regional team.
• Willingness to mentor peers and share knowledge.
