Corporate Controller

About the role

Experity is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead its accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting in line with U.S. GAAP. The role will oversee the full accounting function, drive operational excellence, and support the company’s rapid growth in on‑demand healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, revenue accounting, and month‑end close.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities while improving consistency, quality, and efficiency.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Evaluate current accounting processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design standardized, scalable procedures.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues affecting billing, invoicing, collections, and reporting.
• Improve accounting data quality through better workflows, documentation, and system utilization.
• Optimize use of existing financial systems, identify automation opportunities, and develop controls that reduce risk.
