Corporate Attorney – Energy Storage

About the role

The Corporate Attorney will join LG Energy Solution Vertech’s Legal Department to provide practical, business‑focused legal guidance across the organization. Working closely with procurement, engineering, operations, HR and executive leadership, you will help ensure that contracts, corporate actions and regulatory compliance align with legal requirements and industry best practices. This position is ideal for a recent law school graduate or early‑career attorney looking to develop expertise in corporate, commercial and energy‑sector law.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements such as NDAs, vendor contracts, service agreements and customer contracts.
• Support maintenance of corporate records, board materials, resolutions and compliance filings.
• Conduct research and support compliance efforts related to energy storage, safety, environmental regulations and industry standards.
• Identify potential legal risks and propose mitigation strategies to internal stakeholders.
• Provide cross‑functional legal support to various business units.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor degree and admission to the bar (or eligibility).
• Recent law school graduate or early‑career attorney.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and communicate legal concepts clearly.
