About the role

The Corporate Accounting Manager will lead the accounting function for newly acquired entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient month‑end close processes. Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end close for newly acquired entities.
• Maintain complete General Ledger, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet records.
• Reconcile balance‑sheet and income‑statement accounts for acquisitions.
• Streamline accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement and monitor accounting policies for new entities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on acquisitions and financial projects.
• Manage audit activities, providing documentation and explanations.
• Supervise vendor bill and employee expense processes, ensuring timely payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Experience supervising accounting staff.

Required skills

• NetSuite (preferred).
