Coordinator Security

About the role

As a Coordinator Security for Nestlé Purina, you will be the communication hub for patrol officers, campus departments, and emergency lines, ensuring safety across Purina HQ, farms, and flight operations. You will use a range of security technologies to monitor, log, and respond to incidents, supporting a team dedicated to pet care excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain location and status of all mobile units using a computer‑aided dispatch system and log daily activities in detail.
• Provide vehicle information via the REJIS portal and answer emergency and non‑emergency telephone lines.
• Monitor CCTV, access‑control, alarm, and fire‑alarm systems in real time and investigate security threats.
• Manage mass‑communication tools, public address system, and visitor‑management processes.
• Oversee lost‑and‑found items, equipment sign‑out for patrol officers, and badge/access‑control verification.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of verifiable experience in law enforcement, 911 communications, or a similar field.
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer‑aided dispatch systems.
• Experience using REJIS (Regional Justice Information System) portal.
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring and access‑control technologies.
• Familiarity with alarm and fire‑alarm monitoring systems.
• Use of mass‑communication tools, public address systems, and visitor‑management platforms.
